The slurry shield machine developed and produced by our company is a fully mechanical shield excavation method, which mainly uses the shield shell unique to the shield machine as support to prevent the collapse of the stratum. The excavation surface is stabilized by pressurized mud water or mud inside, and the excavated soil and mud are mixed and transported to the separation plant outside the tunnel by mud to achieve the purpose of excavation. At present, this method is mainly used in tunnel excavation construction of high-speed railway construction projects, such as Chengdu, Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou subway construction projects and Chengdu to Xi'an, Chengdu to Lanzhou, Chengdu to Kunming, Chengdu to Guiyang and other railway tunnel construction projects.
